1.集裝箱裝柜常見問題有哪些？（以家具為例）家具包裝的特點是大小不一、包裝形狀不規(guī)則、輕重差別大，也容易出現(xiàn)包裝不密實容易變形等問題。如沙發(fā)體積大且形狀不規(guī)則；床、衣柜等尺寸比較長；玻璃桌面等特別重；鐵架的花園椅子包裝箱里面比較空、枕頭比較柔軟，容易被別的貨物壓壞包裝；壓縮包裝的床墊、地毯等是圓柱形的。1）上面的貨物太重壓得下面的箱子破損、變形。Deformed or serious deformed because of bad loading.2）貨物碼放不平衡，導致傾斜不平 Not even, fall off.3）某些箱子懸空沒有足夠的支撐 Some space not used and no support.4）箱子倒過來了，沒有按照箱子上的操作指示碼放。Some cartons loaded Up-Side Down.5）箱子與箱子之間太松散，沒有碼放緊密。Not tight enough and waste space.6）理貨員節(jié)奏跟不上裝柜速度，因為貨物種類太多，裝箱單又沒有排序 導致核對貨物忙不過來。Tallying guy is too busy to catch up with the loading speed, because of many items and the article codes haven’t sorted in the manifest.7）超重貨物疊得太高，超過貨柜的半高以上。Stacking too high (more than half of the height of the container) for some heavy （more than 50kg per carton）cargo.2. 如何解決以上問題？裝柜應(yīng)遵循什么原則？幾個概念：打底、上半部分、下半部分、箱型（分類）、打平、打齊、平放、側(cè)放、站著放、橫放、豎放。原則1：重、大、耐壓的裝下面重的、密度特別大的、包裝堅固耐壓的、大件的、形狀規(guī)則的碼放在集裝箱的下半部分（柜高的下半部分即為打底）。The heavy, the strong, the large loaded on the bottom of the container.原則2：輕、小、不耐壓、不規(guī)則的裝上面輕的、容易變形的、又小又輕的、不規(guī)則的碼放在集裝箱的上半部分。The light, the one easy to deform, the small and the one with irregular size loaded on the top.原則3：要么平整、要么垂直、別傾斜貨物要裝在平面上，不能傾斜疊放；薄的貨物如玻璃面?zhèn)确艜r應(yīng)保持垂直、不能傾斜，要打直、壓緊。Thin carton such as glass top must be placed vertically if loading side and it must be made tight.原則4：要密實、避免懸空貨物要有支撐，不能懸空，盡量用小箱的貨物填滿縫隙。Any cargo must be put on an even surface, not much space under cargo, use the small CTN fill the little space.原則5：同類相聚箱型相似的盡量放一起，以利于打平、打整齊。The cartons with similar shape and size should be better to stuff together so as to make them tidy and even.原則6：超重別超高、超高別超重超重貨物（每件50公斤以上的）不能疊得太高，原則上不應(yīng)超過貨柜的半高以上。Supper-heavy cargo（more than 50kg per carton） should not be stacked too high（higher than half of the container）.版權(quán)聲明：本文為飛捷騰達-國際貨代精英原創(chuàng)，歡迎分享，轉(zhuǎn)載請務(wù)必注明作者或出處
